Start with the actual order
Keep the full order, its issue date and the date the tenant is required to move. The RTB describes court filing and sheriff enforcement steps when a tenant does not leave. Requirements differ with the reason for the order; have the actual order reviewed rather than borrowing a deadline from another case.
Coordinate authorized enforcement
Our standard package includes coordination of the next lawful step. It does not include physically removing occupants, changing locks without lawful authority, or representing that an RTB decision has already been enforced.
Keep external costs separate
Sheriff, court, locksmith, moving and storage charges are outside the standard package. Confirm providers, written authority and any separately approved costs before arrangements are made.
Keep the record complete
Preserve the order and relevant correspondence. Record what has actually happened, distinguish proposed arrangements from completed work, and keep invoices and confirmed attendance records with the case.
