No. The RTB decides the application. We cannot guarantee eviction, possession by a particular date or recovery of money.
Can I start without creating an account?
Yes. The initial intake is short and does not require an account. Secure access is required before linking the intake, signing, paying or viewing private documents.
What should I have ready?
The rental address, a short description of the problem, the tenancy agreement if available, rent or incident records, earlier notices and details of an existing hearing. Extra costs and unusual scope are reviewed before commitment.
